Tucked away at the edge of the city centre Brae Cottage is in the perfect location for anyone visiting Inverness. Eastgate Centre is on the doorstep, the River Ness a short stroll down the High Street and some of Inverness' finest pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Permit provided for on street parking and there is an enclosed outdoor patio area with fantastic views across the Inverness vista. The space The property comes with Unlimited high speed Wi-fi, X-Box 1 with a small games Library, 49 inch 4k Tv in the living area plus a 28 inch HD TV in bedroom 1. A DVD player and DVD Library in the main living area. Tea, coffee and a welcome basket is provided upon arrival. You enter Brae Cottage into an entrance vestible leading to stairs and on the left a Lounge/Dining area and separate Kitchen and Utility. The stairs lead to two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom contains a shower in bath. At the top of the stairs is the door to the back patio area. 2 Bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains a double bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds suitable for both adults and children. Please note that the bunk beds have been manufacturer safety checked to 17 stone per bunk. The manufacturer recommends that the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old. Sleeps additional child under 2 in Travel cot. Brae Cottage is part of the Crown conservation area and is a lovely stone brick building with slate roof. Whilst the building is over 140 years old the interior has been modernised with double glazing and a hive heating system. The Back yard consists of a patio area which contains an outdoor setting with views over the city and to the Kessock Bridge. Guest access Unfortunately due to having upstairs bedrooms, Brae Cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
