Guest Room: The guest room features two full-size beds, perfect for accommodating up to 4 more guests. Living Room: Unwind on the new sofa, providing a wonderful place to relax with others. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials, including a Keurig coffee machine for your morning brew. Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms ensure everyone has space and privacy. Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.) Laundry: For your convenience, Holiday Surf provides a full laundry room on every floor, located right next to the elevators. Each laundry room offers 5–7 modern washers and dryers that accept credit cards or cash. There is no washer nor dryer in the unit for guest use. Upon availability, the front desk will often give additional parking passes free of charge. However, expect a charge of $20/day for additional parking passes over Memorial and Labor Day weekends (Friday through Monday) and the entire week of July 4th (the Friday before Independence Day through the Sunday after).
