The living room is divided into a living and dining area with a fireplace and access to the terrace. The furnished terrace has a grill. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor is the shower room with infrared heat cabin and on the upper floor you will find the bathtub. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, equipped with a double bed and 2 single beds. The house includes 2 free parking spaces with an e-charging station and a lockable shed, including a handcart. The space nice dining area and a cozy sofa. There you can relax and read a book, watch the children play or watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV incl. Apple airplay2. The fireplace in the living area offers cozy warmth on cold days or after an extensive walk on the North Sea. After long mudflat hikes or on stormy North Sea days, you can warm up again in the infrared sauna and relax. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for the next cooking evening. In the two bedrooms on the upper floor, 4 people can comfortably find space to end a nice day in Büsum. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), the second with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, insect screens, DVD players and a music system. One of the bathrooms, which is on the ground floor, offers a shower as well as an infrared sauna. There is a full bathroom with bathtub on the first floor. We are also happy to welcome families with children! There is an extra high chair, a baby cot, a handcart for transport, e.g. to the beach. DVD's, books and board games are also provided, so it is never boring in the house even in winter or on stormy days. The beautiful south terrace is inviting for relaxation and barbecues. Our favorite place is the beach chair on the terrace. Sit back here and enjoy the sun with a glass of wine. You can store your bicycles, as well as a stroller, in the lockable bicycle shed right in front of the house. In addition, there are two concrete bicycle racks in front of the house for locking the bicycles. Right by the house are 2 free parking spaces. If you want to spend your North Sea vacation with the whole family and friends, we can also provide you with a symbiosis of 2 adjacent apartments by managing several properties.
