House in a quiet and safe seaside resort, has the basic items for cooking and resting, is an 8-minute walk (may vary) from the beach and a 3-minute drive, this is also the time for all types of socializing. Located on Santa Terezinha Beach between Leste Beach and Ipanema Beach. Asphalted and straight street to the beach. Easy access to Ilha do Mel, Matinhos, Caiobá and Guaratuba. It has a covered garage and an automatic gate for your exclusive use. SUN ☀️ AND SEA,🌊 PEACE🤍 AND LOVE The space The House is in the back and is totally private, with plenty of space and total privacy as the areas are NOT shared (barbecue, garden, yard, balcony and garage). It has the basic items for short or longer stays. Balneário de Santa Terezinha is a quiet and safe place, with quiet streets and little traffic. We have all kinds of amenities within a 5/10-minute walk (varies from person to person) and 3 minutes by car (full supermarket, bakery, restaurant, beverage distributor, pharmacies) The house is located on Rua Machado de Assis, on the corner of Avenida Paraná. I provide 2 beach chairs and 1 sunshade. We have 1 outdoor bathroom. We have 1 hammock. Sky TV and high-quality Wi-Fi Guest access Full access, just don't touch the plants (remove leaves or pieces of cacti and succulents) The house has 2 beach chairs 💺 and 1 sun guard 🏖 In the kitchen, there is a pressure cooker, pots, cutlery, glasses and cups, cake pan, blender, sandwich maker and microwave. If you need anything, let me know and I'll try to provide it as soon as possible 🤍 Other things to note We are a family in the front house, me, my husband Marcio and our two children Theo and Abigail. We hardly stay at home because we love to travel and walk around. We also have another house on the farm, which we use more (I usually arrive at 10 p.m. and leave at 8 a.m.) The house is also available for reservations in the app, which does not alter privacy as each has its own well-defined and separate space. Total privacy to enjoy the entire space. We can be in contact or not, whatever is most comfortable for you. I love this job very much and I try my best to make everything perfect (about 16 hours a day from Sunday to Sunday), but sometimes I need help and I can't be on top of every detail, and there are also things that "come up" without warning and at the most inappropriate times, and a star or a public comment on the app makes a big difference to me and I suffer a lot thinking about where I went wrong 💔 and knowing where to improve, what is needed on a daily basis, it 🙏❤❤ also helps a lot that I have no control over the neighbors and on the beach every day is different because the flow of people changes daily and each one behaves in a different way, but in general everything goes very well ❤🙏 Cases of lack of electricity, water, TV and Internet can occur due to external agents that are beyond my control.
