"Boomerang House" - private beach access

It has an intimacy with the ocean and adjoining gardens which makes it unique. It has a very special feel, furnished with lovely pieces, and works to provide that special beach holiday. It has an intimacy with the ocean and adjoining gardens making it unique. Situated right at the southern end of Boomerang Beach and bordering Booti Booti National Park, you are only a few steps from the ocean. Boomerang House has a layout oriented to the ocean with its kitchen and vast living areas all enjoying ocean views in a private garden setting. There is a large deck surrounding the house fronting the beach and north side of the house. In addition there is a private viewing platform for a very special and unique experience, and for that morning coffee or sunset drinks. A great place to watch whales and dolphins. You can enjoy the choice of indoor or outdoor eating, shaded under the Tucheroos, and feel a gentle sea breeze, keeping you cool in summer. The stone fireplace is irresistible in winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, including a Bezzera espresso machine and Wolf oven. There are some coffee beans, but it is advisable to bring your favourite. If you're stuck, the local corner store has a nice bean called "Mac Daddy". The main bedroom, with king bed and wardrobe space, also has an ensuite. The two remaining bedrooms each have queen beds and wardrobes, and share the main bathroom. Boomerang House offers a unique and perfect get away ideal for up to 6 adults. Linen provided, but bring your own beach towels. Boomerang House has a strict NO SMOKING (including vaping), NO PETS policy. We ask that you please respect this. Check in 2.00pm / Check out 10.00am. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property, their own beachfront resort.
