This 3700+ sq ft farmhouse offers 5 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, designed for comfort and connection. The main floor features a full kitchen, large dining area, and cozy living room with a fireplace. Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious basement with a large sectional, family games, and entertainment space. There’s also an exercise room and office—both equipped with beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. Outside, enjoy the fire pit, back porch, and 40 peaceful acres of meadows and wooded trails—perfect for group getaways, wedding parties, or family gatherings. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire farmhouse, including all indoor living spaces and the outdoor fire pit. You’re also welcome to explore the scenic 40 acres of wooded trails and meadows on the property. Please note: The Black Barn event space and the getting-ready suite are not included in the farmhouse rental. These areas can be booked separately for events and will remain locked and inaccessible unless reserved in advance. Other things to note The farmhouse is located on a working event venue property, so occasional activity may occur near the barn on weekends. However, your stay will remain private and undisturbed unless you’ve booked the event space separately.
