One of them has two single beds pushed together (together 180x200cm) and the other two single beds (each 90x200cm). One of the bedrooms has a TV and both have black-out windows. Also on the ground floor: the bathroom with pleasant underfloor heating, walk-in shower, toilet, sink and dry sauna. On the first floor you will find an open, light-flooded living and dining area with a sofa bed for 2 children and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch SmartTV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times. Outside there are seating, a parasol, sun loungers and a charcoal grill. There is also a free parking space in the immediate vicinity of the house. Whether mild summer evenings, stormy autumn afternoons or cool winter days: this semi-detached house impresses with its facilities and a natural environment in every season. The Wendtorf Marina is undergoing a transformation, so construction work is possible in the area, but this has already been largely completed.
