This inviting Mother-In-Law rental offers the entire bottom-floor unit of our home, complete with a private driveway, separate entrance, and access to a shared yard and hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Located just 10 mins north of Sea-Tac Airport and only 0.4 miles from the waterfront, you'll be close to popular pubs, restaurants, and just a quick 15-20 min drive to downtown Seattle. Enjoy the best of Seattle’s charm and convenience from this cozy retreat! The space Step inside to discover a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a pullout sofa, a dining area, laundry room, and even a dedicated cocktail bar. The standout feature? A transformed 1960s bomb shelter turned speakeasy—your own private hideaway for an unforgettable stay. Ideal for adults looking to explore Seattle, adventure into the stunning Pacific Northwest wilderness, or enjoy a ski-and-soak escape with nearby ski resorts and the city just a short drive away. We’re dog lovers and welcome your pup to join! The backyard is shared with the upstairs guests, so please don’t leave your dog unattended in the yard. There is a $75 cleaning fee per dog to ensure a fresh space for all guests. We can’t wait to host you and your furry friends! Guest access There is a private driveway which leads to a separate entrance. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. Other things to note This unit is located on the bottom floor of the home. The upper unit is also a rental, so be aware you will likely hear/see them during your stay. Please be conscious of noise levels. The unit is completely separate except that the back yard area and the hot tub are shared with the upstairs unit. Absolutely No Parties unless specifically requested and approved. If any glitter or confetti is found or if you bring more than 4 guests, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and a negative review for not following our house guidelines.
