We invite you to be our guests in our cozy holiday apartment. On nice days, you can start your vacation day with breakfast on the balcony, overlooking the rooftops of Mömlingen and the surrounding hills of the Odenwald. Beautiful hiking and cycling trails as well as designated mountain biking routes await you around Mömlingen. The space Our modernly furnished penthouse apartment is about 80 square meters and can accommodate 2 to max. 4 people. It has a central living room with a pull-out sofa bed and integrated dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove (4 hobs), oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, dishes and dishwasher. In the first bedroom there is a large double bed, a spacious sliding door cabinet and a dresser. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a dresser. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, toilet, sink with mirror cabinet and hairdryer. The apartment has a large covered balcony with sun lounger, table and four chairs. Linens and towels are provided. Parking is available right on the street in front of the house. A lockable garden shed offers space for bicycles. We invite you to be our guests in our cozy apartment. Beautiful hiking and biking trails as well as designated mountain bike trails await you around Mömlingen. About 10 minutes away by car is the Main Valley with its magnificent vineyards. Discover the castles and palaces of the region, such as the Breuburg in the neighboring town of Breuberg. Directly in Mömlingen there is a variety of gastronomy, where you can stop by after an eventful day. If you prefer to cook yourself: Shopping facilities are located directly in the village, including discount stores, bakeries, butcher, beverage market, greengrocer, Eine—Welt—Laden and public library. And in addition, every Thursday there is a weekly market on the New Village Square from 9 am to 2 pm. From your holiday resort, you have the opportunity to explore a variety of destinations. Our modernly furnished attic apartment is about 80 square meters and can accommodate 2 to max. 4 people. It has a central living room with an integrated dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob  (4 hobs), oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker with filter bags, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, cooking utensils, dishes and dishwasher. In the bedroom there is a large double bed, a spacious sliding door closet and a dresser. Two single beds are in the second bedroom. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, toilet, sink with mirror cabinet and hairdryer. The apartment has a large covered balcony with 2 sun loungers, table and four chairs. Linens, towels and bath towels are provided. Parking is available right on the street in front of the house. A lockable garden shed offers space for bicycles.
