The ceilings, which are over three meters high, also create a very special flair. Through the apartment entrance door from the middle of the 19th century, beautifully and faithfully restored, you can reach the bright, spacious daylight bathroom through the hallway on the left!   It is equipped with: - a great, large wooden window (double window) with six cassettes each and a two-part skylight for optimal ventilation - Washbasin with permanently installed soap dispenser - Dispenser for cosmetic wipes - WC - Wall mount with hygiene bags - walk-in shower with permanently installed shower gel dispenser - Tiled floor, bath mats provided - Clothes drying rack Straight ahead from the hallway to the living area, which includes a complete kitchenette on the right. Here you can indulge in culinary delights and find the following: - Kitchenette with many cabinets for storage - 4-burner stove with oven  - Toaster - Coffee maker - Electric kettle - Refrigerator incl. freezer You are at the same time in the cozy bright living area, which is also equipped with a wooden door from the 19th century that leads to the separate bedroom on the left. In the living area you will find the following:   - Vinyl floor - a dining table with four chairs - a cozy and fold-out couch with spring core - coffee table - an armchair - TV cabinet with flat-screen TV - a wooden window - floor lamp   Through the balcony door you go to the east-facing balcony where you can have breakfast in the sun! You can take a seat at the seating area.
