This is a beautiful one bedroom basement with a shared entrance which welcomes everyone. This place comes with the most spacious private area/living room ever in any basement suite. The beautiful room has a very comfy queen sized bed where you’ll enjoy the most wonderful sleep ever. There is an office desk and office chair for remote work comfort. Fastest WiFi ever. 43 inch Roku Smart TV for entertainment. You your own mini fridge, microwave, water kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The space The space is a basement suite with a shared entrance in a half duplex home, the basement has a full washroom, a nice bedroom with a queen sized bed and two cupboards. The living area has a 43 inch roku smart tv, an office desk and table as well as a two couches (one of which has a pull out bed that can sleep two more people). It also has a dinning table with plates, glass cups and wine glass, and cutlery provided. Guest access Guest have self-checkin and once in the house through the main door, they have access to the basement suite which can be accessed from the side door in the living room area beside the stairway. Other things to note Note the couch in the basement suite living room can easily be converted into a bed by falling the back rest. This is an advantage to host larger number of guest. There is a fee for additional guest.
