Holiday home in Mauterndorf near ski area The space This detached, luxurious holiday home for up to 10 people enjoys an idyllic location on the banks of the Taurach River, on the outskirts of Mauterndorf in the sunny Lungau region of Salzburg. The chalet offers the utmost in comfort and is just a few minutes from the ski lift – the ski bus stop is practically right outside the door (approx. 200 m). The house features five spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The stylish living area with a fireplace, lounge, and cozy seating area invites you to relax. Adjacent to this are the large dining area and the modern, fully equipped kitchen. A ski room with boot warmers, a sunny terrace with mountain views, and parking directly at the house are also available. An electric vehicle charging station is available for a fee upon registration. In winter, you can easily reach four ski areas by ski bus: Grosseck-Speiereck (practically within walking distance), Obertauern, Katschberg, and Fanningberg – together offering over 250 km of perfectly groomed slopes. In summer, the Lungau region delights visitors with numerous hiking and mountain biking trails, golf courses, and swimming spots such as the Mauterndorf adventure pool, Lake Trogalm, and Lake Schlierer.
