The house offers a total of 100 square meters on the ground floor with a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a guest toilet and upstairs you will find plenty of space in 3 separate bedrooms. On this level there is also the bathroom with shower. Feel free to use the washing machine for a small fee. The large garden invites you to linger with its furnished terrace. In the garden shed you can place bicycles you have brought with you. The house is in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac and has a parking space. A dirt road leads directly to the dog and boat beach in a few minutes, where the great promenade with all its cafés, fish restaurants and playgrounds is on the right and a natural beach on the left.
