One of the bedrooms has a TV and both have black-out windows. Also located on the ground floor: the bathroom with pleasant underfloor heating, walk-in shower, toilet, sink and dry sauna. On the first floor you will find an open, light-flooded living and dining area with sofa bed for 2 children and adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch SmartTV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times. Outside there are seating, a parasol, sun loungers and a charcoal grill. There is also a free parking space and a lockable bicycle shed in the immediate vicinity of the house.
