All beach chairs and equipment must be removed from beach each day. This community backs on to Route 1 - Coastal Highway and guests will hear noise from the highway. Guests must cross Route 1 - Coastal Highway to access the private beach. Guests can physically walk across or drive across the road and park on the beach side with a parking pass displayed.
