The space CHARMING APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF LISBON The apartment is located right in the center of Lisbon, next to the city’s main avenue — Avenida da Liberdade. This charming, romantic and comfortable apartment is set on the second floor of a traditional two-story building. The apartment features wooden floors, double-glazed windows and was completely renovated in December 2024 to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. With 45 m² spread over two levels, each with three windows and plenty of natural light, the apartment includes two full private bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen on the main level. FULLY EQUIPPED AND FURNISHED The apartment features modern furniture, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. It includes a queen-size bed (160*200), a sofa bed (140*200), a living/dining area with television, two bathrooms with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, and ceramic cooktop. Amenities include a toaster, orange squeezer, coffee machine, blender, kettle, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and a first-aid kit to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Fresh linens and towels are provided at no extra cost. Coffee, tea, sugar, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash) are also included. For stays longer than one week, additional cleaning can be arranged. Upon request, we can provide a baby crib and bedding free of charge, as well as extra towels and linens for the sofa bed. Languages: We speak Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French. . Host Presence: The owners live in the neighbourhood. . Bedding: By default, the main bed will be prepared as a double bed. While our street is generally quiet at night, we ask you to be considerate of the neighbours, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. Apartment Access The apartment is on the 2nd floor (two floors above ground) with no elevator. Please keep this in mind if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage! Nonetheless, there are only twenty steps up to the second floor. Electricity and Appliances Like most houses in Lisbon, our electrical panel has a power limit. We recommend you avoid using the heater/AC at the same time as the water heater (hot water) or the hairdryer and the kettle. If the power goes out, the main fuse box is located next to the apartment's entrance door. Cleaning and Garbage Garbage collection (including recycling) is done in the street bins at the top of Rua da Fé (four minutes walking distance). We kindly ask that you leave the apartment reasonably tidy at check-out. Legal Requirements (SEF) According to Portuguese law, we are required to communicate the identification of all non-resident guests to the SEF (Immigration and Borders Service).
