Bright, cozy and modern apartment for 2-4 people in the idyllic Kaunertal with terrace, balcony, large kitchen (dishwasher, stove, etc.), bathroom, 2 bedrooms, TV and Wi-Fi/free Wi-Fi. Free garage space. Ski room with ski boot dryer. The QUELLALPIN with pool, fitness, spa is only 150 m away. Our guests have exclusive FREE entry to the swimming pool & fitness in winter (Oct. to May). In summer, our guests receive a 50% discount. The local tax of €3.50 is not included The space The attractive apartment for 2 - 4 people is located on the second floor of our house in the beautiful Kaunertal. It has a large living/dining room with a modern, well-equipped kitchenette with stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and much more. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa that can be pulled out for 2 people to sleep on (140 x 200), as well as a TV. From the living room you can access the large wooden terrace as well as a balcony, from both of which you can enjoy a wonderful view over the village of Feichten and into the valley. There is a large bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a small bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200). Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and window. Linens and towels are of course provided by us. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity. You can also use a space in our garage for free. Ski storage with ski boot dryer. Free Wi-Fi The local tax currently amounts to €2.80 per person (from 16 years)/night (from December 1, 2023, €3.50) is NOT included in the rental. Please pay the local tax in cash upon arrival. The QUELLALPIN, a modern spa with swimming pool, fitness, sauna area, bowling alley, restaurant, etc. is only 150 m away. Our guests have exclusive FREE admission to the swimming pool of the Quellalpin in winter (October to the end of May). In summer, our guests receive a 50% discount on admission to the swimming pool. Admission to the sauna area costs our guests €15 instead of €19 all year round. (The Quellalpin is always closed the last week of May and the first week of June due to inspection work) Dogs only by PRIOR REQUEST. We charge €5 per day for a dog, but at least €35 for the increased cleaning effort. Non-smoking apartment. Check-out is at 10 am. Check-in is from 4 pm Free ski bus to our beautiful, snow-sure glacier area (about 30 minutes to the slopes). Skiing is usually possible there until the end of May. The ski resort is never crowded. There are no long lines at the lifts. To Serfaus/Fiss you need about 35 minutes by car. The 25 km long cross-country ski trail Kaunertal starts directly in front of our house. It's just a few meters to the natural toboggan run. Likewise, many hiking trails start right behind our house, which lead you to the highest peaks. The Kaunertal is an Eldorado for hikers who love solitude and an almost untouched mountain world far away from trade fair tourism. In the beautiful, quiet Feichten there is a well-stocked grocery store, two sports shops with ski rental, the Quellalpin, various restaurants and bars and an ATM. Everything is within walking distance. In the basement of the house you will find a ski room for your equipment with ski boot dryer.
