The large leather corner sofa by Wood Bean is a radiant soloist and ensures well-being and natural elegance. A lounge seating area in front of a crackling fireplace, fluffy pillows and many candles - in the spacious house there is an area for everyone to relax. Elegant yet casual, the house was staged. The two bedrooms are on the first floor and accessible by a wide, enclosed wooden staircase. They are identical, each equipped with one double bed (180x200) and have a connecting door. On the ground floor: toilet On the first floor: walk-in shower xxl, double vanity, toilet The cottage is located on 480 square meters of garden area. Here you can enjoy your time undisturbed. Bathing in summer: 2.5 km away - within walking distance - Billingsbacher See - you can, if you want, swim. Dogs are allowed, with consideration for anglers. Bathing in the Jagst: in Bächlingen near Langenburg (about 13 km), the Jagst is a popular refreshment area - fantastic even for dogs! Above Mulfingen (about 9km) is the reservoir with a size of 20. 500 m². Sunbathing lawn on both sides of the lake. Dogs are not allowed. Other tips can be found in your accommodation. The holiday property may only be occupied in the previously agreed number of people (including babies and infants). It must be agreed with the agency if additional people are in the cottage during the day. The minimum rental period is always 3 nights for all people.  The minimum rental period also applies to persons who are only temporarily guests in the property. A reduction in the number of persons after the conclusion of the contract does not lead to a change in the rental price.  The entrance to the cottage is via a key safe. The pin will be communicated by email 3 days prior to your arrival. Arrival is possible from 4 pm. Please leave by 10 am. Depending on the booking situation, you can ask for a late check-out. Use as a party location is not allowed. In the sense of the good neighborhood, a quiet night is to be held between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets: may only be brought in agreement with the rental agency and for a fee, in the number previously specified. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, dogs are not allowed in bed, on the sofa or on the armchair. The dog droppings in the garden and around the vacation property must be collected. We ask that you vacuum before your departure to remove the animal hair (swept clean). For technical reasons, it is not allowed to charge electric cars via the power supply of the holiday property. This is not designed for this and may result in fires. For each subsequent contract change we charge €30 processing fee We reserve the right to charge a deposit of €500 for a rental to commercial customers. This will be refunded within 14 days in case of complaint-free departure. If you use the house commercially, you would have to indicate this with us.
