The The space Spacious country house with its high ceilings (2.70 m) offers around 240 m² of space for up to five people on two levels. It is a place where you can breathe deeply – far away from everyday life, close to yourself. As soon as you enter, you can feel the special magic of this house: the entrance with a small library, where you like to linger, the round table, where long evenings with games and conversations arise, and the hanging chair overlooking the enchanted, overgrown garden. In the lounge area with fireplace, the fire crackles while the seasons change outside. An infrared heat cabin provides cozy relaxation, the island kitchen invites you to cook, enjoy and laugh together. The large leather corner couch from Wood Bean is the heart of the living room – a place to arrive, cuddle and simply be. With fluffy pillows, soft candlelight and the warmth of the fireplace, you create a mood that you will not forget so quickly. Whether summer or winter, morning sun or snowflakes – the Alte Schule is a temporary home that touches the soul at any time of the year. A house with character, history and a lot of passion. The two bedrooms are on the first floor and are accessible via a wide, closed wooden staircase. They are identical, each equipped with a double bed (180 × 200) and have a connecting door. On the ground floor: toilet On the first floor: walk-in shower xxl, double washbasin, toilet The cottage is located on 480 sqm of garden area. Here you can enjoy your time undisturbed. Your garden has the following amenities: Completely fenced - 1 high Direct access from the vacation home Outdoor area with a terrace Outdoor furniture BBQ Away from the tourist hustle and bustle, in a small village with approx. 270 inhabitants, you will experience pure rural flair in the Alte Schule vacation home. Surrounded by meadows and horse paddocks, on the outskirts of the village, below the Hohenlohe Residenzweg, you can enjoy the idyllic garden. You will have the Alte Schule all to yourselves... Swimming in summer: 2.5 km away - within walking distance - Billingsbacher See - you can swim if you want. Dogs are allowed, with consideration for anglers. Swimming in the Jagst: in Bächlingen near Langenburg (about 13 km), the Jagst is a popular refreshment area - fantastic for dogs too! Above Mulfingen (about 9 km) is the reservoir with a size of 20,500 m². Sunbathing lawn on both sides of the lake. No dogs are allowed. Further tips are available in your accommodation. One-time €35 per accompanying dog. A maximum of 5 dogs are allowed in this house. Please specify the number in your booking. The holiday property may only be occupied in the previously agreed number of people (including babies and infants). It must be agreed with the agency if additional people are in the cottage during the day. The minimum rental period is always 3 nights for all people.  The minimum rental period also applies to people who are only temporarily guests in the property. A reduction in the number of people after the conclusion of the contract does not result in a change of the rental price.  The entrance to the cottage is via a key safe. The pin will be communicated by email 3 days prior to your arrival. Arrival is possible from 4 pm. Please leave by 10 am. Depending on the booking situation, you can ask for a late check-out. Use as a party location is not allowed. In the sense of the good neighborhood, a quiet night is to be held between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets: may only be brought in agreement with the rental agency and for a fee, in the number previously specified. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, dogs are not allowed in bed, on the sofa or on the armchair. The dog droppings in the garden and around the vacation property must be collected. We ask that you vacuum before your departure to remove the animal hair (swept clean). For technical reasons, it is not allowed to charge electric cars via the power supply of the holiday property. This is not designed for this and may result in fires. For each subsequent contract change we charge €20 processing fee We reserve the right to charge a deposit of €500 for a rental to commercial customers. This will be refunded within 14 days in case of complaint-free departure. If you use the house commercially, you would have to indicate this with us.
