See you soon :) The space This villa is located in a peaceful and quiet site. The communal pool is open until September. The exact closing date has not yet been set. If you do not like walking or it is difficult for you, you may not like the location of the villa. The nearest center is 10-12 min walk away. Although you don't have to have a car, it will give you a comfortable holiday. You can ask me for help with renting a car. Other things to note Internet and gas fees are included in the price if you're staying less then 4 weeks. And you pay only what you consume for water and electricity. Average water consumption fee for a family : 0.25$/day Average electricity consumption fee for a family : 0.75$-8$/day (It depends on mostly how often you use the ACs) Please consider these numbers are just predictions.
