Apartment Felix Tour As Ljubljana

This attractive, 54m2 large modern apartment is located in historical centre on Rimska cesta, behind the Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and in vicinity to congress center Cankarjev dom and national theatre Drama. Lively bars and restaurants are just a step away from the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped for tourist as well as business stays, for shorter or longer periods and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator access. The space Air-conditioned apartment is on the 2nd floor of a low traditional building without elevator. In comfortable living room there is a sofa, which falls down to additional bed, LCD TV, dining table for 4-6 persons and modern equipped kitchen with electric glass-ceramic oven, stove, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, dish washer, cooking utensils and cutlery. From the living room we enter to first bedroom with 2 single beds and writing desk and to another bedroom with double bed. Guests can also enjoy a covered balcony with garden furniture accessible from the living room. In the bathroom there is shower, toilet, wash basin and also washing machine with dryer. Apartment is equipped with towels, linen, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, CATV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access. For larger groups we have another 3 apartments in the same building. Guest access Apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a low traditional building without an elevator. It is not really suitable for families with small children, since it is accessible only by stairs. Guests can use the entire apartment. There are public parking places on the street in front of the building (payable at parking-machine). For long-term parking there is payable public parking "Trg MDB" approx. 350 meters away. Other things to note Arrivals take place from 2 pm to 9 pm and departures up to 10 am, unless agreed upon otherwise. For late arrivals after 9pm there is an additional cost of 25 EUR, for night arrival after 11pm there is an additional cost of 50 EUR.
