It can be accessed by the stairs on the side of the building or by shared elevator in center of the communal carport. Upon entering the condo, you will find the first bedroom on the right. This room is furnished with a king-size bed, two side tables and lamps, a ceiling fan, a large closet and a full bathroom with tub. Across from this room is the second bedroom with a queen-size bed, two side tables and lamps, a ceiling fan, a closet and a full bathroom with tub. Continuing down the hallway, you will enter an open kitchen and living space. The kitchen features granite countertops with all the cookware you may need during your stay as well as a fridge, microwave, oven, stovetop, dishwasher and coffeemaker with locally roasted coffee provided by our management company, StayDuvet. There are also four stools for eating around the kitchen counter as well as a dining table for four. The living room has a large couch, coffee table, side tables with lamps and a large flat screen Roku TV with streaming services. The master bedroom is located off of the living room. It features a king-size bed, side tables with lamps, a ceiling fan, a large flat screen Roku TV with streaming services and a large en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Both the living room and the master bedroom have direct access to a large deck overlooking the ocean. A washer and dryer are available in the main hallway. There is also parking on the ground level. Shared communal pool open during the summer! The pool will close for the season on October 31st. PLEASE NOTE: The elevator is maintained by the HOA and is shared between all units. We allow our guests to use as a convenience, but maintenance scheduling is out of our control. If the elevator is out of service, please note that the unit is only accessible via the stairs. Per Folly beach LAW, all outdoor lights visible from the beach must be turned off from DUSK until DAWN during these months. PLEASE ALSO close curtains and blinds after dusk as well to help comply with conservation efforts. *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County *No parties *No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside) *No firearms *Abide to quiet hours outside (10 pm - 8am)  *Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations)
