Deluxe Townhouse with Private Courtyard! Spacious and fully self contained, this property has everything you need for a comfortable family holiday. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with freestanding showers), you will feel comfortable and relaxed in this tropical townhouse. With wifi and a large desk, you can even work "from home" if you need to. This is the largest townhouse in the Tropical Nites small resort, and managed onsite if you need us (rather than dealing with interstate owners). The space Deluxe Townhouse with Private Courtyard! The house is the largest house in a small complex of 14 townhouses. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have large built in robes, ceiling fans and air conditioning. The upstairs bathroom has been fully renovated in November 2021 and new tiles have been laid throughout downstairs too, plus new floorboards in all bedrooms installed in 2021. Upstairs is the large master suite with private balcony and nearby bathroom. There is also a large storage cupboard. Downstairs is the main living area with 2.5 seater sofa and arm chair, dining table, desk, and full kitchen. There is also a bathroom with standalone shower, basin and toilet. Adjacent to the living area are 2 more bedrooms, one with garden views and a queen bed, and the other with 2 single beds. Air con and ceiling fans in each bedroom and the main living area. Another bonus to this house is the private outdoor courtyard with outdoor dining furniture. Here you will also find a new washing machine and tumble dryer. Wifi throughout the property makes it easy to work from home and keep the kids happy with screen time. Guest access Parking is easy, there is plenty of street parking and space for one car within the resort. It is actually easier to park out the front if you are staing in this unit. No car? Easy! There are shuttles all over Port Douglas, simply call them and they will pick you up and drop you off door to door for $5 per person. We can also arrange airport transfers at discounted rates. Please ask! Other things to note We have a no schoolie policy. Schoolie groups will be asked to leave without refund. No pets and no smoking in the townhouse. Sofas have recently been replaced due to damage to the ones in the photos. Pool towels are not included but can be hired from reception during office hours.
