Villa Ouziel is a fully renovated house, located in the famous Ouziel Villa Complex which was built in 1925 for the Italian-Jewish Fanny Ouziel. The architect, Jacques Moshé is famous for having designed various unique buildings in Thessaloniki (such as Villa Morpurgo and the renowned Olympus-Naousa). In 1980, Villa Ouziel was listed as a cultural heritage monument and a “work of art”. Therefore, the restoration of 2018 was done in respect to the original design and the aesthetic of the era. The space Villa Ouziel consists of two floors: On the 1st floor there is a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a living room and three bedrooms with mattresses of the finest quality. On the ground floor there is a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. Villa Ouziel is equipped with all the amenities you need, such as A/C, NETFLIX, Nespresso, a Sauna and a beautiful picturesque garden where you can enjoy a relaxing evening after exploring Thessaloniki.
