The house is about 120 m2 with 20 m2 of terrace sea view. It can accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children. The house extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor are the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 3 toilets, and upstairs the living room with the kitchen open to the living room and dining room. On the ground floor: You will find an entrance with closets and a space to leave your shoes. A separate toilet with a washing machine. 2 double bedrooms with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a wardrobe. Bathroom with large shower, 2 sinks and 1 toilet. A master suite with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a wardrobe, a private bathroom (1 shower and 1 sink) and separate private toilets. A children's dormitory with 2 bunk beds (4 beds of 70 x 190 cm). Each room has a TV. Upstairs: Whether from the kitchen preparing good meals, from the sofa reading a book, from the dining table dining with family or from the terrace having coffee in the morning, you won't get tired of the stunning sea and horizon views! The kitchen is fully equipped, it has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, 2 coffee machines (Tassimo and filter), kettle, citrus juicer and everything you need to cook (raclette grill for 8). We also have baby spoons. The living area is fully open. It has a pellet stove (bag of pellets for a fee/on request at the time of booking) available from November to April. EVGs/EVJFs are not allowed. No animals allowed. The accommodation has been equipped with fiber since August 2025. Guest access The house is on a shared lot with another house. Parking next to the house can accommodate 3 cars. Other things to note The pellet stove is available from November to April. Pellet bags are available for a fee and are available upon request at the time of booking. Another house is on the property, you have to leave the passage in front of the house for 1 car.
