Aspens Lodge Spring 2026 Maintenance schedule ⌂ The pool and one hot tub will be closed for maintenance from Monday, June 1st to Friday, June 5th (there will always be two hot tubs open during this time). ⌂ The lobby, public washrooms and gym floors will be worked on from Wednesday, May 27th to Thursday, June 4th. ⌂ Ski-in/ski-out to Blackcomb ⌂ 2 smart Tvs ⌂ Gas fireplace ⌂ BBQ ⌂ Three complex hot tubs, large pool and gym ⌂ Proximity to Upper Village stroll The space This spacious one bedroom, one bathroom condo offers the best ski-in/ski-out access to Blackcomb mountain, with beautiful patio views of the Upper Village and the base of Blackcomb Mountain. The master bedroom features a king bed with ensuite and there is a pull out sofa in the living room. Shared laundry is available in the complex as well as a complimentary ski & snowboard storage. Please reference the floor plan photo at the end of the listing photos for a better understanding of the home layout. Portable fans are provided in the bedroom and the living area. ⌂ Ski-in, ski-out ability depends on the snow levels and lift operations. You can typically ski-in and out between mid - December and end of March. You can call our reservation agents a few days before your arrival to get an update on current conditions. ⌂ No smoking, no pets, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25.  ⌂ Base occupancy is 2 adults and max occupancy is 4 adults. The third and the fourth adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge. ⌂ Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.
