Welcome to our tropical getaway! This cozy studio sits on our family’s beautiful fruit farm, surrounded by lush trees and nature. It’s completely separate from the main house, so you’ll have plenty of privacy and space to relax. It’s a peaceful spot to unwind, but still not too far from shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The space The room includes a queen bed, kitchenette, WIFI, closet, private bathroom, living room area, and parking. We can set up an air mattress if needed (let us know when you are booking). Guest access The room has a microwave and a small fridge. It does not have a full kitchen. You also have access to a freezer located in the garage under the room. We have a washer and dryer that guests can use. It is located in a separate room but you can access it at any time. You do need to climb a flight of stairs to get to the room. The room does not have a TV. We wanted to keep the space as peaceful as possible! We would be happy to give you a tour of the farm. From the room, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the trees, flowers, and surrounding area and access to a small patio. You are also welcome to explore the farm at your own leisure. Other things to note Please let us know if you want to bring pets, we can make exceptions depending on the pet. You cannot smoke at all on the premises - including the room, home, or farm. We cannot make any exceptions and will be forced to remove you if you smoke. This is a rural town and listing. The road inside and directly outside the farm is unpaved. Parking is outdoors.
