I've converted the garage into a Family Room with a 65" 4K Smart TV and Surround Sound System. The room has an extra refrigerator, games, puzzles and books for your entertainment. Relax on the large sectional while you relax while stream your favorite apps and video games. Outside, enjoy the spacious deck with a grilling area, 3 sitting areas and the fenced in yard for your pups. There's a large padded swing under the overhang at the Barn, a fire pit in the yard with plenty of firewood provided. Stroll or drive 1/4 mile to the lake and enjoy fishing, kyaying and swimming. Other things to note Sunny Acres is located just off Route 26, the main road for quick access to the beautiful Raystown Region. There is plenty of parking at the house so bring your boat, jet skis and other water toys. Take a 2-mile drive south to Marklesburg to the Aitch Boat Launch. Seven Points Recreation Area is 5 miles north where you’ll have access to a swimming beach, concession stand, Seven Points Marina and boat launch. There are beautiful picnic areas under the trees and the Allegrippis Trail System for hiking and mountain biking.
