The structure is a Country House which houses 7 apartments. Our farmhouse is surrounded by beautiful hills. The "LUPO" apartment, totally independent, enjoys a private, shaded and panoramic outdoor area, in addition to the large outdoor area available to guests, the panoramic swimming pool and the barbecue. The space The Country House Il Biroccio is a structure born in 2003 after a careful renovation of an old farmhouse located 15 km from the historic center of Urbino (UNESCO World Heritage City). Wild territory, hills and cultivated fields as far as the eye can see allow guests a stay of absolute relaxation and total immersion in nature. There are no roads or cars, no smog and no noise, the nearest town is 10 km away. The LUPO apartment (48 mq) is located on the ground floor of the main farmhouse, it is accessed through an external door and is totally independent. It can accommodate up to 2 adults + 2 children / teenagers) and consists of: double bedroom, bathroom, living area with kitchenette + private, shaded and panoramic outdoor area. Guests have access to the panoramic swimming pool, lots of outdoor space and the barbecue. Our facility houses 6 two-room apartments and 1 three-room apartment. In this structure tranquility reigns supreme, we guarantee you absolute relaxation! If you would like breakfast, you can book it at the time of reservation. Daily cost per person: €12 for continental breakfast, €15 for international breakfast. The property is 15 km from the historic center of Urbino, to reach it it is essential to have your own means of transport. During the high season, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required from Saturday to Saturday. To reach the property you have to take a 1.5 km country road, well maintained and without holes that can be traveled by any car. If you come accompanied by your dog there will be an extra charge for final cleaning, ranging from 20€ to 40€, depending on the length of stay, to be paid on site. Dog area. There is a space, separate, in the pool area where guests can bring their dogs. In the structure there is a small restaurant and it may happen that dinners are organized.
