The location Our newly built, ground-level vacation home is located in a quiet residential area in Maasbüll - a district of Risum-Lindholm, only about 9 km from the North Sea. Shopping and restaurants can be found in the city center of Risum-Lindholm (about 5 km) or in Dagebüll (9 km). The amenities The approx. 120 m² single-story Fascherhus impresses with its bright, spacious and modern charm with skillfully set color accents. The spacious, light-flooded living area offers you a cozy seating area with a large flat-screen TV for cozy hours. The open, very well-equipped kitchen offers a stove with an extractor hood, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee machine (filter size 4), a kettle and a toaster. The bright dining area invites you to spend pleasant hours in a sociable atmosphere. The bathrooms each offer a toilet and a walk-in shower. The large sauna and the washer-dryer complete the picture. The cottage has three bedrooms: two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds (180 x 200 each), a children's room with two single beds (90 x 200 each). A staircase leads to a cozy retreat for relaxing or for your children to play. Garden furniture and a charcoal grill are available on the sheltered terrace. Special features Four-legged friends are welcome in our non-smoking house. The garden is fenced. You can easily park your car in front of the house. An initial set of bed linens and towels is mandatory for this property and is already included in the final price. Additional laundry packages can be added to the optional services.
