In both bedrooms, electric blinds - which are in all rooms of the apartment - ensure your sleeping comfort. The apartment also has a living/dining room with a bright, open kitchen (kitchen counter with a height of 103 cm) and direct access to the south-west terrace. In addition to the toilet in the beautiful, spacious daylight shower room with mirror cabinet and barrier-free shower, a separate guest toilet is available. The washing machine is in the storage room of the apartment. The apartment's own car parking space is right by the house.
