A special highlight is the south/west terrace with unobstructed views of the countryside and a small stream where you can enjoy the sun in the beach chair until the evenings. The apartment has two bedrooms, both with TV – in one bedroom you will find a double bed measuring 180 x 210 cm, in the 2nd bedroom there is also a double bed (beds are separable to two single beds). In both bedrooms, electric blinds – which are located in all rooms in the apartment - provide your sleeping comfort. The apartment also has a living room/dining room with bright, open kitchen (kitchen countertop with 103 cm height) and direct access to the southwest terrace. In addition to the toilet in the beautiful, spacious daylight shower room with mirror cabinet and with accessible shower, there is a separate guest toilet at your disposal. There is a washing machine in the storage room of the apartment. The apartment's own car parking space is right by the house. Here you can - if necessary - load your electric vehicle at the charging station belonging to the apartment for a fee.
