The single-floor layout features a welcoming living room that flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen. Two cozy bedrooms—a queen in one and a twin trundle in the other—are both conveniently off the kitchen, along with a modern full bathroom and an in-unit washer and dryer for added comfort during your stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. Washer and dryer located in-unit is free and will also be accessible for guests. Other things to note This home does not come with a parking spot. We’d recommend street parking. Free street parking can be found directly in front of the home. The second bedroom has a trundle or daybed, which explains why it is marked as having two twin beds. Seattle is one of the least air conditioned cities in the US, with only 33% of households having it because historically, we haven’t needed it. Obviously things have changed and it can get hot here now. We have provided a rolling A/C unit that does a very good job of cooling the space. In addition to the unit, we have provided fans for each of the bedrooms. Other than what’s provided we do not provide refunds due to weather. Absolutely No Parties.
