Villa Mediterraneo - "U Giuccu"

The cottage is immersed in a large olive grove, between the Zingaro and Monte Cofano nature reserves right in front of Santa Margherita Bay. Numerous activities can be practised: excursions, cycling/pedestrian nature walks, climbing, and... much more! Thanks to the air conditioning/heating system, it is perfect for both summer and winter holidays! The space The house, on one floor, consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with a sofa bed (single), a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the garden and a veranda with a view of the sea. Surrounded by olive trees, the house is located between the nature reserves ‘Lo Zingaro’ and ‘Monte Cofano’ a few steps from the bay of Santa Margherita. The stretch of coast in front of the house can be reached on foot or by bicycle, although it is recommended to use the car due to the lack of direct paths. Here you can find both sandy beaches and enchanting coves of pebbles and rocks. The villa is complete with everything you need and lends itself to a relaxing holiday and more. The main advantage of Villa Mediterraneo is, in fact, the possibility of customising one's holiday by freely choosing whether to dedicate oneself to simple relaxation, to sporting activities (such as tree-climbing) or to visiting the historical, cultural and gastronomic heritage of the province of Trapani. Guest access The house is equipped with a gas cooker (fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, plates, cutlery), hairdryer, satellite TV, cot on request, iron, fan/stove, air conditioning/heating. A large private parking space is at your disposal and you can use the barbecue and outdoor shower. Should you be interested in longer stays, you can request a mid-week cleaning service; the washing machine (shared with the owners) can be used for a small extra charge. Please contact me directly for more information on extras and possible charges. On the lower floor, with its own entrance, the owners of the property occasionally reside. Other things to note If you are interested in using the Internet connection, it is advisable to inform us when you make your reservation so that we can make the necessary arrangements when you arrive. The fireplace cannot be used. The municipality of San Vito Lo Capo has instituted the tourist tax, in force since 01/08/2011. The tax is Euro 2.00 per person, per night.
