Recently upgraded with a brand-new roof and water heater, it exudes both charm and modern convenience. Upon entry, the soaring vaulted ceilings of the main living area welcome you, creating a sense of spaciousness and elegance. Two distinct living areas seamlessly blend with the kitchen and dining nook, separated by a half-height wall, perfect for entertaining or relaxation. The front of the home features two generously sized bedrooms with ample natural light, fostering an inviting ambiance. Towards the rear, the master suite awaits, boasting voluminous ceilings that amplify the sense of luxury. The en suite bathroom offers a deep garden tub and a water closet with a stand-in shower, providing a tranquil retreat. Stepping back into the living area and through the sliding glass doors, you'll discover your own private oasis—a sparkling swimming pool, complete with a rejuvenating hot tub and sunbathing areas. Embrace the epitome of Florida relaxation in this stunning retreat. Guest access Guests are welcome to utilize all areas of the house except for the garage. Other things to note For an optimal guest experience, we offer pool heating services typically from 8am to 8pm. Should you desire to have the pool/spa heated, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Kindly specify whether you prefer heating for a minimum of 3 days or for the entire duration of your stay. The rate is $35 per day for pool and/or spa heating. Additionally, you have the flexibility to customize your heating preferences. For example, you may request the pool to be heated during the day and the hot tub in the evening. Simply send us a message detailing your preferences, such as heating the pool from 8am to 6pm and the hot tub from 6pm to 8pm. The cost remains the same regardless of the heating configuration chosen. For shorter than 5 nights stay, the cleaning fee is $150.
