The lovingly furnished bedroom has high-quality box spring mattresses and selectable summer and winter blankets. Good sleep is guaranteed here! There are blackout curtains in the bedroom. The walls and doors are soundproofed. The apartment is in an excellent location in the middle of the harbor worlds, with some sights, museums, restaurants and bars. From the apartment you can walk to many activities such as the harbor tour, the theater, the climate house, the emigrant house, the cinema and even the zoo. A bus stop, for further trips without a car, is right outside the door. Our apartment is on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The apartment has a paid underground parking space. The parking space has an extra width and is suitable for SUVs, the entrance height is 2 m. The gate of the underground parking garage opens with a remote control. A bicycle room is available right next door. Bicycles will find a safe place here. If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the state, the renter must obtain this certificate at his own expense and present it at the request of the authorities.
