We are very well located where you will find mobility 24 hours a day, walking 2 blocks you will find various restaurants, pharmacies and shops. We offer electric heating as an extra service for an additional fee, we offer a garage upon request and availability. The space The accommodation is very comfortable and quiet, free of car noise and environmental pollution, ideal for groups of friends and families. Our accommodation is very safe. We have 24-hour security guards and video cameras for your peace of mind. Additionally, extra blankets are provided for the comfort of guests. In the house, you will find various mates and infusions to delight the family. We provide the electric heating service but there is an additional cost that must be consulted in advance. Guest access Guests will have access to the elevator, rooftop, and building lobby. Other things to note Guests will be sure to have their host to help, guide, and guide them on their stay in the city.
