Gardenia 3 Bedroom Oceanfront Villa with pool

Beautiful oceanfront villa, with a large private swimming pool, on over one acre of land. Ocean in front, a small creek on one side, and lush mountains behind. This is our most popular property. It has a nice terrace and gazebo by the pool. The setting is very peaceful, with a lot of open space. Big private lawn area, very safe for children to run around and play. Gardenia is at the end of our private road. One restaurant within walking distance and others that will deliver or pick you up. The space This is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home, roomy and comfortable, directly on the ocean. We had many great reviews before under a different airbnb account, but we have re-arranged listings. There is a large private swimming pool and gazebo, so you can stay cool while enjoying a beverage and serene views across the ocean to Trat and Cambodia. The house has a shady balcony with ocean breeze. It has a kitchen as well. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and all necessary cooking utensils. All linens are provided. There is air conditioning throughout. Housekeeping 1 time mid-week-stay. Additional housekeeping if desired for an extra fee. We have our own private beach 50 meters away. There are several excellent restaurants within 3 kilometers, one within easy walking distance (on the shore if low tide), and several restaurants will deliver or pick you up for a meal. There are more restaurants an additional 1 kilometer. We have cars and scooters for rent, or we can help with transportation or call for a taxi. We are located on the East Coast of Koh Chang, 6 kilometers South of the Aor Thammachat Ferry, and White Sands Beach is 12 kiometers away. This is a small private community of 18 homes, in a quiet residential area. There is a lot of room for kids to roam without worrying about traffic, as we are at the end of a private road. We can arrange for transportation from Bangkok by private minivan for a fee. Please request any additional information and you may inquire about pets. We charge a flat fee of 500 thb for cleaning, and require a 10,000 thb damage deposit.
