The space VILLA ‘LATITUDE 9’ is located in the most prestigious and peaceful area of Koh Samui; Plai Laem Soi 7, which is situated in the north-eastern part of the island. The villa enjoys panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand and the neighboring islands of Koh Som, Koh Phangan, Angthong Marine Park and is located next to the famous Sixth Senses Luxury Resort. The villa is close to four beaches, the nearest beach is Samrong Bay Beach or Secret Beach, only 150 meters from the villa. The Melati Beach is only a 6 minutes walk from the villa. The villa has a private pool and 5 sun-loungers are available to the guests. The villa is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, friends and families. Guest access This 2-storey, 280 square meters villa is beautifully designed and decorated in a contemporary style. It has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms plus an extra bathroom with shower on the ground floor. It offers a relaxed and comfortable stay with all the amenities - it is the perfect get away for those looking to relax and unwind in a stylish environment. The ground floor is spacious and includes the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped and can comfortably seat up to seven people at the kitchen table. Small kitchen appliances like: filter coffee machine, Italian espresso machine, mixer, blender, toaster, kettle, rice cooker are all available. Through the large sliding glass doors from the living room, you'll enter the patio area with a dining table, a seating area and a beautiful pool where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views and sunsets. 5 sun loungers are available to our guests. In the lounge is a large wall mounted 65" TV features an IPTV solution which offers full Sky UK package and other packages, with over 1000 channels in English, French, German, Russian, Thai and many more - hundreds of sport, movie and music channels. In addition, a full range of the latest movies, documentaries, TV shows are available using on demand service for free and updates daily. IPTV offers more than 3,000 movies (every week new movies are added) 500 documentaries; 350 TV shows; 150 radio channels. And if you'd prefer to relax and listen to your favorite music, simply plug in your device and enjoy. Villa ‘Latitude 9’ offers it's own fast and reliable wireless fiber optic internet connection indoor and outdoor via a local 3BB telecom provider. The internet's speed is fast and perfect if you need to work during your stay. Everything has been designed to make your stay easy and relaxing. On the upper floor there are three en-suite bedrooms. The master and second bedrooms have king size double beds and the third - a queen size bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. The master bedroom offers stunning sea views that few villas can match and enjoys a large balcony with seating. It also has a TV. The master en-suite bathroom has a shower as well as a bath tub. The villa is in a community with 24 hour security. Services like cleaning/laundry, garbage collection, pool and garden maintenance are included into the rental price. We provide all baths- and pool towels. Other things to note · We don't charge any general taxes · Garbage collection, pool and garden maintenance are included into the rental fee · Housekeeping are included into the rental fee. · Guest airport pick-up - one car only - (but not the airport transfer) included in the rental price. · If you require daily cleaning or any additional cleaning, we'll organize it for you (you will need to pay this directly to the service provider) · Electricity will be charged extra, upon usage, 10 baht kilowatt/hr - This is common rule in Thailand · If you require any additional services like Thai cooking or baby sitter, please let our Villa Manager know and she will organize it for you (you will need to pay this directly to the service provider) · As usual, we are charging a ‘security deposit’ to avoid any damages. The security deposit is 15,000 THB in cash (or 450 USD or 400 EUR), which you will need pay at the time of your arrival. The Villa Manager will give you the keys for the property and will show you how everything works in the villa. You'll get back your deposit amount when leaving the property and handing back the keys. NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTYING IN THE VILLA Whilst we want you enjoy your time in the villa, we are asking you to respect the privacy of others and respect our neighbors. Please do not play loud music after 10pm as guests with children often stay in the neighboring villas. NO PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in this villa. NO SMOKING POLICY We are asking that our guests respect that we have no smoking policy in the entire villa. If you want to smoke, you do so outside on the patio area, please.
