This resthouse is located in an elevated position overlooking the view of the countryside with a pineapple farm just beside the property. It's a great place to unwind and to spend time with family and friends. The Ridgetop Resthouse sits on a 1,400 square meters spacious property. It has 2 main gardens at the front and at the back. The back garden has an infinity pool with jacuzzi and a gazebo. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is one bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. There is also a loft area or second floor open space. Please note that for 30 pax, we have beds for 20 and can provide 10 extra mattresses. All Bedrooms have AC. Bedroom Layout: • Bedroom 1 - 2 queen bed, 2 single beds, 2 single pullout beds • Bedroom 2 - 1 queen bed, 2 single pullout beds • Bedroom 3 - 1 queen bed, 2 single pullout beds The bedroom 2 and 3 has access to the common bathroom at the second floor and ground floor. Loft area or second floor open space where guests can sleep with 5 extra mattresses. Booking Ridgetop Resthouse means that you have read and agreed to the rules, as it is part of AirBnB's standard requirements for every transaction. Please see the Additional Rules portion of our listing. 3. We accept prenup photoshoots at Ridgetop Resthouse. We only require a minimum booking of one night. 4. There are no additional payments such as corkage fees for your photographers as long as they do not stay overnight. 5. Our check-in time is 3:00pm at the earliest. Our caretakers are available to assist you in checking in from 3:00pm to 11:00pm. 6. Our check-out time is 12:00nn at the latest. 7. Please note that there is a fine for early check in and late check out. 8. As we are still in a residential area, there is a no noise curfew during 10pm onwards as to not disturb the residents of the barangay. 9. We do not allow pets, thank you for understanding. *December staycation rate ranges from ₱18500-30500 per night for 10pax. In excess of 10, Add ₱800 per head & night.
