This comfortable three-bedroom beach house has stunning views of the sea and the Kennett River Beach that can be enjoyed from the open plan kitchen/living and dining area. A large deck that extends across the front of the house is perfect for catching the all day sun or for enjoying a family BBQ on the Webber. Large gum trees at the front and back of the property are home to the resident koalas, parrots and kookaburras. An expansive grassy area at the front of the property is perfect for the kids summer games. Wake early to watch the sun rise over the sea from the two front bedrooms. At night star gaze or watch the car lights as they snake along the Great Ocean Road from the comfortable lounge area. In whale watching season you may be lucky enough to see a pod cruise by close to the Kennett River outlet. It is only a five-minute walk to the beach, which is perfect for surfing or swimming between the flags in summer. On the way to the beach you will pass by the Kennett River Store so you can pick up the morning papers or sample the pizza at night.
