Studio "Le Refuge"

Come and have a pleasant time in this 2-star furnished tourist accommodation. 15 minutes from Grenoble, its location is ideal for a business trip or a tourist stay: the Château de Vizille and its museum of the French Revolution, the Belledonne and Oisans massifs and their hikes on foot, snowshoeing or skiing, the lakes of Laffrey (15 min) and Monteynard (25 min) and their nautical activities. The space This small 20 m² studio (rated 2 stars), on one level and adjoining our house, has a separate entrance and offers you all the necessary comforts: equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, combined microwave, double gas burners, espresso machine, kettle), shower room/WC open to the living room, double bed (new bedding), office area and small private terrace. Your bed will be made and towels provided. Accommodation is limited to 2 people (couple or 1 adult and 1 child over 3 years old). Guest access Access to the studio is via a common electric gate. Two-wheeled travelers will be able to park their motorcycle/bicycle in our private driveway. On the other hand, cars will not be able to park at our house or on the private alley of the subdivision but will find, within 100 m of the house, safe and free parking. Other things to note The house is located in a quiet residential area with little vehicle traffic (private lane). However, the proximity of the neighborhood can cause some noise pollution (meals with family or friends, noises related to gardening activities, barking...) which we have no control over.
