The space This charming, smaller gîte is a perfect getaway for up to 4 guests. Set in a beautifully renovated former barn, it combines the rustic allure of old stone with modern conveniences, creating a stylish and comfortable space. The unique design features an impressive upstairs lounge/library, and the property benefits from a peaceful atmosphere, with the swimming pool available for exclusive use at designated times—ensuring tranquility during your stay. If you're traveling with a larger group, you can book both gîtes on the property—the larger one accommodates up to 6 people, and both gîtes offer ample facilities for groups of up to 10, with plenty of kitchenware, tables, and chairs to host a larger gathering. The surrounding area offers a true country escape, with picturesque vineyards, lush meadows, and stunning castles. You’ll find yourself just a short drive from famous historical sites, including the Royal Fortress of Chinon, the Château de Rigny-Ussé (Sleeping Beauty's castle), and the renowned Château de Chenonceau. Other attractions like Beauval Zoo and Futuroscope are also within easy reach, making it a great choice for both relaxation and exploration. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped living room with a fully functional kitchen, a sofa, and entertainment options like a connected TV, Bluetooth speaker, and Blu-ray DVD player. The gîte’s two bedrooms are thoughtfully laid out: one features a double bed (140x190), and the other has two single beds (90x190), with each bedroom having access to a shower room. There's also a separate WC for convenience. Outside, the 1000m² garden offers space for relaxation and games, while two private terraces provide perfect spots for dining or enjoying the surroundings. The property is also home to shared facilities such as table tennis, table soccer, badminton, and soccer goals. You’ll have access to bicycles to explore the area, and the heated swimming pool (shared with the owners and the other gîte) is available from May 15 to September 30. The pool’s designated times ensure you can enjoy it in peace and privacy. Whether you’re looking to unwind in a tranquil countryside setting, visit nearby castles and historic landmarks, or spend time with family and friends, this gîte offers an ideal mix of comfort and charm for a memorable stay.
