A holiday home in a holiday region where it is almost always warm and sunny, where you can also - as you get older - find a home that is easy to reach by plane (but also by car not impossible) and where you can find sea and mountains. I always fell in love with Mallorca, the island I fell in love with years ago, not least because of the great food and the home of Giacomo (my dear dog). It would be hard to dissuade me from this local election, if it should ever happen, I thought to myself… Now, years later,I've been taught something better. It was my better half Karo that led me to this region… After more than 3 years of numerous visits to the Costa Blanca, I got to know the beautiful landscape, the nice people, the beautiful cities, the cliffs, the orange trees, the well-kept restaurants, the unbeatable healthy climate, the mountains and many properties and much more. The initial property inspections were rather interesting. However, this changed from year to year! In the spring of 2014 it was time… When I visited the “Villa Finca Costa Blanca ” on Monte Pego, I quickly realized – if possible, the circumstances should allow it somehow, this and no other should become the dream house. A finished villa/finca, built in 1994 by a German architect, used as a holiday destination exclusively by him and his wife with fantastic sea views and the surrounding mountains. Thought out & implemented down to the last detail with a lot of love, charm, high-quality construction & interior design. So expect more…! Wooden beams, white walls & terracotta tiles characterize the typical Spanish style of this villa/finca. Solid real wood doors, well-kept bathrooms, high-quality furniture and the beautiful landscape leave nothing to be desired. Important for me: I also want to rent to holiday guests, friends, acquaintances. Not least because of years of renting holiday homes and fincas myself, I know what is important to me as a guest when I rent a holiday property. High-quality,“ luxurious” but still not insanely expensive it should be. Well maintained and clean I want to find it as a guest. Bed linen, towels and internet access should be a matter of course today. Be on vacation, feel at home with all the amenities! So enjoy the dream location on Monte Pego, in a very exclusive and well-kept residential area - looks from the numerous terraces and the large flowering garden into the wide valley with countless orange groves & rice plantations, to the left of it unique mountain ranges that shine in various colors in the sunlight and will enchant you... - let your eyes wander further over the sea to the bay of Valencia. Refresh yourself in the pool or jacuzzi (jacuzzi only active in winter), sunbathe on one of the terraces or simply relax in the shade. Activities are also not to be missed: golf enthusiasts can enjoy numerous golf courses in the vicinity. Tennis enthusiasts come with 4 tennis courts, which belong to the residential area and can be reserved for their guests at your expense. The little kiddies but also the “big young at heart” enjoy nearby water & adventure parks or numerous water activities such as jet ski, banana boat, surfing and much more or rather a boat trip to Ibiza in only 2 hours, Mallorca or Formentera?!? BBQ evenings in the outdoor BBQ area, in the cooler season a cozy fireplace in the house or the adjacent fitness pavilion with antique wood stove complete the holiday.
