A vacation home in a vacation region where it is almost always warm and sunny, where you can also - when you get older - find a home that is easy to reach by plane (but also not impossible by car) and where you can find the sea and mountains. I have always had my eye on Mallorca, the island I fell in love with years ago, not least because of the great food and the home of Giacomo (my dear dog). It would be hard to dissuade me from this choice of location if the time ever came, I thought... Now years later…I was proven wrong! It was my better half Karo who led me to this region... After more than 3 years of numerous visits in a row to the Costa Blanca, I have come to know the beautiful landscape, the nice people, the beautiful cities, the cliffs, the orange trees, the well-kept restaurants, the unbeatable healthy climate, the mountains and many properties and much more. The initial property viewings were more for the sake of interest. However, this changed from year to year! In the spring of 2014, the time had come... When visiting the "Villa Finca Costa Blanca" on Monte Pego, it quickly became clear to me – if somehow possible, the circumstances should somehow allow it, this and no other should become the dream house. A finished villa/finca, built in 1994 by a German architect, used as a holiday destination exclusively by him and his wife with fantastic sea views and the surrounding mountains. Well thought out and implemented down to the last detail with a lot of love, charm, high-quality construction & interior design. So expect more...! Wooden beams, white walls & terracotta tiles characterize the typical Spanish style of this villa/finca. Solid real wood doors, well-kept bathrooms, high-quality furniture and the beautiful landscape leave nothing to be desired. Important for me: I also want to rent to holiday guests, friends, acquaintances. Not least because of years of renting holiday homes and villas myself, I know what is important to me as a guest when I rent a holiday property. High-quality, "luxurious" but still not insanely expensive. I want to find it well maintained and clean as a guest. Linens, towels and Internet access should be a matter of course today. Being on vacation, feeling at home with all the amenities! So enjoy the dream location on Monte Pego, in a very exclusive and well-kept residential area - overlooking the wide valley with countless orange groves & rice plantations from the numerous terraces and the large flowering garden, to the left of which are unique mountain ranges that shine in various colors in the sunlight and will also enchant you... - let your eyes wander further over the sea to the bay of Valencia. Refresh yourself in the pool or jacuzzi (hot tub only active in winter), sunbathe on one of the terraces or simply relax in the shade. Activities are also not neglected: golf enthusiasts can enjoy numerous golf courses in the vicinity. Tennis lovers will get their money's worth with 4 tennis courts that belong to the residential area and are to be reserved for their guests. The little kids but also the "big young at heart" enjoy nearby water & adventure parks or numerous water activities such as jet skiing, banana boat, surfing and much more or rather a boat tour to Ibiza in just 2 hours, Mallorca or Formentera?!? Barbecue evenings in the outdoor BBQ area, in the cooler season a cozy fireplace in the house or the adjacent fitness pavilion with antique wood-burning stove round off the holiday day.
