While we strive to be quiet, you may occasionally hear footsteps, running water, and normal household sounds. If noise is a concern, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to minimize it. We want to be transparent so you can have the best stay possible at our Airbnb! Guest access ★You have private access to the entire basement apartment, front patio Fire-pit area, and one car parking spot on the right of the driveway in front of the stairs Other things to note ★Please be respectful of the neighbors and other Airbnb Guests You are not the only one on the property as the main floor is rented to other guests. ★Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am must be respected. For television, movies or music after 10 pm—or at any time—please keep sound moderate. ★CHECKING IN - Check-in is anytime after 3 pm, please communicate with us if you need to check-in early, we will need to make sure our cleaning crew will be ready for you. For early check in without prior notice, we reserve the right to penalize. ★CHECKING OUT - Please check out of our Airbnb rental by 11:00AM. Please checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the property and get it ready for our next guest. if you need a late check out, please let us know ahead of time so we can check with our cleaning crew if that would be possible. For late check out without prior notice, we reserve the right to penalize. ★PARKING: Parking is allowed for ONE car. The area designed for parking is on the right of the driveway, front to the stairs. If you bring more cars, you must park in an available and permitted space on the street; please avoid parking in front of the mailboxes, fire hydrant and driveways. Please reach out to us with any questions about parking! ★DISHES - Please load the dishwasher prior to checking out if you have used any dishes. Be sure to remove excess food into the trash. We will run the dishwasher once you’ve completed your stay ★SMOKING & DRGS- Smoking, vaping, and drugs are not allowed indoors and outdoor. Fine for smoking, vaping, or drugs is $1000 or actual damages, whichever is higher. ★NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED - We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our basement apartament. If you break the rules, we reserve the right to penalize. ★EXTRA GUEST - We designed our apartament environment for 8 people and please be sure no extra guests in the house. Please inform us if you have visitors or any overnight friends, we will charge $30/person for extra overnight guests. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors. ★NOISE OR DISTURBANCE - To ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay, we ask that you be respectful of neighbors and other Airbnb guests on the property, not causing disturbances, noise or disturbance. Guests who cause a noise disturbance or other unreasonable disturbance to others may be fined and will be fined if police are called. ★We locked the door to the first room on the right in the first hallway, the door in front of the toilet, and the door next to the room with the two queen beds. All these doors have a warning sign. Not for guest use.
