Conveniently located in Floriana, in a quiet cul de sac just off the Grand Harbour and a short stroll to Valletta. The space On entering the ground floor studio maisonette, you will find the living area: two comfortable armchairs, coffee table and flat screen smart android TV (guests may use their personal Netflix account). Following this, you will find a comfortable king sized bed, side tables and adequately spaced wardrobe. The studio maisonette is equipped with a new and modern kitchenette including built in fridge/freezer, an induction hob, microwave/oven, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, French press and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. You will also find a washing machine/ tumble dryer, steam iron and ironing board. The bathroom is adequately sized with sink and cabinet, toilet and shower. It has a small window overlooking the small outdoor area. Clean bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided. The studio maisonette is air-conditioned (cooling/heating functions) and free high-speed wireless internet is also accessible. Upon request, for the young ones, a high-chair and cot (with linen) can be provided (at no extra cost). Guest access Access is from a private door at street level.
