HOA fines of up to $200 if a vehicle is parked on someone else's parking. There is no extra parking available. ** The infrastructure in the island is very weak. Unfortunately, there may be an outage that is out of our control. No compensation will be given for any outage of electricity, gas, water or internet service as this completely out of hosts control** TRAVEL INSURANCE We recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during the hurricane season most active months (July to October).
