House Rules We want to ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests. Therefore, We are extremely strict on LOUD GATHERINGS, PARTIES, AND EXTRA PEOPLE NOT LISTED ON THE RESERVATION • We will terminate your reservation with no refund. • Having additional guests after the limit (13) will lead to the removal of all guests without a refund. • Any violations of this rule will be reported to Airbnb and may lead to the deactivation of your Airbnb account! ***NO OUTSIDE VISITORS ARE ALLOWED THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY*** *** ANY ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT LISTED ON YOUR RESERVATION NEED TO BE APPROVED PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. AND IT WILL BE $50.00 PER GUEST PER DAY, PER NIGHT*** NO EXCEPTIONS * There is a $2,000 fee for any parties/events thrown in the home, and that causes disturbance to the neighbors and disturbance of quiet hours. Check-In Time - 4 Pm You can check in any time after 4 pm and as late as you want. No early check-ins We Provide CLEAN Sheets & CLEAN Towels to all Guests upon Check-in Check-Out Time - 10 Am Late check-outs are not available as we have to clean the home for same-day guests. Quiet Hours - 10 Pm - 8 Am Outside lights and TVs turn off automatically. Security For the safety of our guests, we have surveillance cameras installed in the outside of the house. Front, side, and backyards where the pool is located, **We maintain connections with local law enforcement, and there is a sheriff in the neighborhood.** Pool And Amenities Before confirming your booking, we kindly request you sign a pool waiver and release of liability form. This is necessary for us to activate your entry code on your check-in day. If you wish to have the pool heated, please notify us at least 2 days before your reservation. The fee for a heated pool is $150.00 per day, and it must be paid in full before your arrival. For the heater on Jacuzzi, there is also a fee of $150 per day. A full day of heater use is defined as 8 hours. The heater must to be turn off by 10 pm . The pool is cleaned once a week(Tuesday), but please keep in mind that high winds can occasionally result in leaves entering the pool. During your stay, we provide a skimmer for your convenience. Pool Rules To ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment, we have established pool rules: • Unsupervised children are not allowed in the pool. • Diving is prohibited in the shallow end. • Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty, so swimming is at your own risk. • FOOD and DRINKS are NOT permitted inside the pool. • To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music is not allowed throughout the day. • Absolutely NO noise or swimming after 10 pm to avoid disturbing the neighbors. • All outdoor lights and TVs will automatically turn off at 10 pm. • Lastly, please refrain from using hair dye or any coloring products in the jacuzzi. Cleaning The cleaning fee is automatically included in the total amount displayed upon booking. If the home is left excessively dirty or if there are any stains or damages to the property or furniture, an additional cleaning fee of $500 will be applied. After confirming your reservation, we will provide you with all the necessary information and the address in our Welcome Folder prior to your arrival.
