There are 3 ceiling fans, high ceiling, sea breeze open plan , design has no aircon in living room due to high ceiling and open space with all windows can open. There is no tv in living room, exact the same as photos. -All 4 bedrooms have aircon each room, there are TVs in 3 out of 4 bedrooms. 3 King beds in 3 bedrooms 2 single beds in one bedroom Total 5 beds -Check-in time : 15.00 hrs and Check-out time : 12.00 hrs. Kindly inform that the villa neighbouring property is under construction this year. Guests who book this villa may encounter noise works during 10am-5pm.
