The space Spread over three floors, the lodge offers ample space for up to fourteen people on 235m²: 6 bedrooms (5 double beds, 2 single beds), 3 bathrooms, 3 separate toilets, 2 open kitchens, 2 living-dining areas, garden, terrace, balcony. Ground floor: wheelchair accessible: open-plan living-dining area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds (180x200), bathroom, separate toilet, terrace, garden The focal point of the wheelchair-accessible ground floor is a light-filled, open living area with a kitchen and a large wooden table for social gatherings. The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking even in larger groups. From the comfortable sofa, the view through the large patio doors extends into the garden. The technology features include internet-enabled smart TV, satellite reception, and DVD player, ensuring you won't miss your favorite series even on vacation. Through the living kitchen, you enter the south-facing garden and the sunny west terrace. A large dining table with awning and a charcoal grill invite you to linger and barbecue. The wheelchair-accessible, spacious bathroom impresses with its huge, walk-in shower with a shower chair, a beautiful rustic wooden bench, and a handmade wooden towel rack. A separate toilet is also available. The open wardrobes in the two bright bedrooms are custom-made for the lodge and designed and manufactured by carpenters. All windows and patio doors are equipped with shutters. Basement: 2 bedrooms 1x double bed (200x215), 2 single beds, bathroom with infrared sauna, separate toilet In the large bathroom of the basement with a walk-in shower, another highlight of the Ammersee Lodge awaits: The infrared sauna provides the perfect relaxation due to its extraordinarily health-promoting effects; especially after sports or a busy day. A separate toilet is also available. The noble concrete look of the two bright bedrooms on the south side harmonizes splendidly with the warm wooden floor and wooden cabinets. One bedroom features an extra-large double bed and extra-long duvets. Attic: 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed 180x200), sofa bed (2 people) in the living area, open-plan living-dining area with kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, south-facing balcony The high, open-plan living-dining area characterizes the impressive atmosphere of the attic apartment. Through the sun-drenched balcony doors, you reach the south-facing balcony overlooking the garden. At the large wooden table and the cozy sofa in the open, bright living area, you can enjoy the wonderful tranquility or social gatherings. Two bright, friendly bedrooms are equipped with high-quality double beds (180x200). The wardrobes are custom-made for the lodge and designed and manufactured by carpenters. All windows are equipped with shutters. The large, bright bathroom offers space for little breaks in the walk-in shower. A separate toilet is also available. Please bring your own towels.
