With a spacious area of 85 m2, it offers sufficient space and comfort for a relaxing stay. The apartment has a spacious master bedroom with a comfortable double bed measuring 180×200 cm. Here you will also find a TV, a large wardrobe for your clothes and practical USB sockets for easy charging of electronic devices. The second bedroom is slightly smaller, but also offers a double bed of 160×200 cm. Here you will find a corner wardrobe to accommodate your personal belongings. Here, too, you will find practical USB sockets. The living and dining area is spacious and offers two comfortable sofas and two armchairs on which you can relax. For your entertainment there is a big TV. The dining area has a dining table with chairs and offers a beautiful view of the water tower and the picturesque dunes. The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard and leaves nothing to be desired. A large cooking island with a 4-burner stove and a hob extractor allows you to cook comfortably. In the kitchen you will also find a large sink, an elevated oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a separate freezer, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a hand mixer, an egg cooker, a toaster and a kettle. In addition to various kitchen utensils and a large selection of dishes, you will also find tea dishes to end relaxing vacation days with a cup of East Frisian tea. From the living area you can access the terrace through a door. Here you can enjoy the healthy sea air, hear the sound of the sea and spend relaxing hours in the sun in the beach chair. The garden is available to all guests of the house for joint use. The bathroom offers a spacious shower, a double sink, a toilet as well as a practical towel heater. Here you will also find coat hooks and additional shelves for your personal utensils. The apartment has free Wi-Fi. A crib and high chair can be provided upon request. A washing machine and dryer in the basement of the house can be used by the guests of the apartment. No pets are allowed in this apartment.
