Apartment type I with balcony The space Our apartments consist of a double room, a small kitchen ( 2 plates, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and a cozy living area with seating area, dining area, TV, shower, toilet. Separate south-facing balcony.  The living and sleeping area is divided by a circular arch.  Extra bed on request.  Towels, bath towels, bed linen and table linen are changed by us as desired. There is also a washing machine, dryer and an ironing board at your disposal.   On-board service  Free room service on request  You can also participate in our rich breakfast buffet and dinner. This may be added separately on site. Personal atmosphere at civilian prices! As family businesses run by ourselves, we can offer what is no longer everyday today. With us, the house guests are all alone, as we are not a public place. Real kindness from person to person, long-awaited holiday rest and recreation and the unspoiled nature experience in all seasons, with healthy, clean forest air. Our guesthouse is located on a 20,000 sqm large, private meadow on the outskirts of the village in a quiet forest proximity (southern slope), only 5 minutes to the center of town at the foot of the Teufelstisches.  A large sunbathing lawn and a Kneipp pool invite you to relax. In our small wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna, solarium, gym and relaxation room you can increase your well-being. For outdoor sports activities, there is a ping pong table, bocce court and a croquet. To the delight of your children, we have furnished on our spacious property a children's playground, a children's play barn and a bolzplatz.  Our indoor swimming pool with a size of 8m x 4 m and depth of 0.90 m to 1.34 m is only at your disposal in the summer season. It is heated exclusively with a solar system and has a water temperature of 20 degrees to 28 degrees.  In addition to a rich breakfast buffet, we spoil our house guests with many delicious delicacies. Guests of the apartments and apartments can also participate in our breakfast buffet and dinner on request.
